I have been a routine customer at ARC for over 20 years . I am in the Architectural arena and ARC has always delivered stellar quality. They are consummate professionals and have helped me with crazy deadlines on many International challenges .
The Columbus Ohio Branch has the best customer service. Corbin is so helpful, he went totally out of his way to help us and our client.
Not super impressed with the quality here. I paid $16 for small piece of foamcore with text on it and the letters came out very blurry. I understand that $15 is the minimum amount per job, but that seems a little silly. Even the $8 that was the original cost of the job is insanely high. Wouldn't have been a problem if it was good quality, but it wasn't.
I wanted to take a moment and share the great team you have and all the hard work they did yesterday for us. Joyce is absolutely amazing to work with. Joyce and Corbin are so very dedicated to provide customers the services they need and do so with such grace, enthusiasm and respect. They are amazing to work with. I had used ARC for a small project a few months ago and when we had this very large project come up, I did not hesitate to call on Joyce. She and Corbin go above and beyond for customers. They are truly my favorite vendors to work with. The work they did yesterday was nothing short of incredible. The team they put together to get the project moving was absolutely amazing. Joyce, Corbin, Scott, James (the Viking), and Jesse did not waste time, take breaks or anything. They showed up and worked through non-stop and got the job done. They all had such great attitudes and never once complained, even though they were working in very dirty conditions and it was very cold. Their work ethic, team work and attitudes are remarkable. Please thank the entire team that worked on this project and express our appreciation to them. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I called on ARC for this very large project because of the excellent service I received from Joyce and Corbin on a very small project. Their communication and response times to me were impeccable. I hope you all are aware of the positive assets they are to your team and the company as a whole.
