I’ve had a great experience working with ARC / Riot - they helped me print multiple types of trade show materials and did the sign for my shop. They also suggested an design alternative for the sign that looked and fit much better than what I had asked for - thank you for going above and beyond! I cannot express how impressed I am with this operation. I had an unorthodox digital archiving project for a loved one who died to tackle. Another company referred me to Rob and I’m so glad they did! Nikki, Feona, Lisa, and Shelley not only went above and beyond the scope of their normal document scanning projects to help me capture something I will cherish for the rest of my life - they also turned it around within just 2 days. They were gracious, personable, professional, and compassionate. Should I ever need to tackle a similar project (or any other labor intensive scanning/archiving project, ARC is hands down the only place I will come!
