My company has been using ARC for over 13 years. Today they demonstrated again just why we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Terry Velazquez is the epitome of customer service and response. She understands the what it means to provide exception service so that my company is also seen as responsive to our client's needs. Due to an error on our part and not ARC's we needed a expedited turnaround on a reprint. I emailed and Terry called me immediately with a solution that saved the day. Thank you for all you do to make your clients look great.
I am not sure why anyone would go anywhere else besides Arc Document Solutions for printing. They always go above and beyond. They are so helpful with paper selection/ printing questions. Outstanding service- save yourself the stress from going to other printers and just go to ARC. Kindest people!
