As a public agency and regular user, I love the model of how many eyeballs can see my project for free and bid for free. Especially when the ARC provides free cursory hosting at +14 other plan centers throughout WA, OR, ID.....no one else does this. Great service and fair pricing. Only 4 out of 5, because there tech is really lacking. Several contractors tell me that it is extremely clunky to use, and there right; as I will go and log on to it as a contractor profile and see there challenges...if only there IT dept. could make it simple to use like all the other plan centers. being added as a registered plan holder should be extremely simple and easy to navigate too. Another gripe is there is way too much clutter on there landing page to go find the public plan room....>>I get that maybe there plan room may not be a big source of revenue and that's why it's apart of the reproduction component, but its very goofy and unprofessional to have it as shown. If it wasn't for recommendations by others, I wouldn't have found it, nor would I have trusted it; as it looks like a spamming page.
