During our visit, we will confirm that all equipment can fit or be placed designate area properly.

  • Yes!—We do offer trade-ins on most equipment placements. Let us know what you have, the current meter reading and what machine you are looking to replace it with, and we will provide you the best trade value possible.

  • Your local ARC team. With over 140 Locations, your closest ARC location can assist you with any questions you may have regarding your equipment.  You will be provided with an ARC Project Manager prior to installation, who will help you before/during/after the placement of your devices acquired from ARC.

  • We warranty based on the manufacturer which will vary from 90 days to 1 year in most cases. When covered by a Service/Supply Contract, the warranty for your machine is throughout the term of the agreement.  If purchasing a piece of equipment without a Service/Supply Contract, the unit would come with a minimum of a 30-day warranty.
